Stress in day by day life

Mental health is the important component of personality, In our daily life we face many challenges that create disequilibrium in mental health, that’s lead to individual person feel depressed & anxious. When person feel anxious in that situation which disturbs psychological & physical mechanism. Sometimes small disturbance create a dis-balance in psychological functioning. The biggest challenge for individual is that how to manage stress faced in their daily life activity, sometimes our circle and our decision are the responsible for occurrence of stress. If we should think before taking any decision that may reduce the level of stress and anxiety lead by that activities. Suppose when a person is unable to achieve goal, fear to criticism by our society leads to develop anxious & stress feeling and that condition interfere with quality of life.
